ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 72 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note: Free shipping is available when using the appropriate discount code listed in the header of our website. There is no minimum purchase amount.

Economy delivery, or its equivalent is generally between 3-8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs, if applicable, for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@queenslikeme.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
